EBIOS error (again)

I know there are a lot of these posts out here, but nothing seems to work.

 

I am attempting to boot iDeneb 10.5.5 on an hp dv6308nr laptop. This will be dual booting along with vista ultimate.

 

I have updated by BIOS

 

I have used 3 different softwares to burn the discs(DVD Decryptor, Imgburn, alcohol120), all at 1x, except for 1 which was 4x.

 

I have tried using both dvd+r and dvd-r discs.

 

I have cleaned my DVD lense

 

I have tried booting both the .iso and a created disc in virtualbox, and that did not work either.

 

Am I missing something? I keep getting the EBIOS read error: device time out *jumble of numbers* sectors 64.

 

I am honestly at my wit's end, and help would be amazing!!
