Sleep now semi-working, but won't wake up

Specs:

Dell e1505 /aka the inspiron 6400

Intel 945 chipset

Core Duo T2050 1.6GHz Processor

1 G Ram

iATKOS 4.1i install

Speedstep patched kernel with speedstep app working

 

Display sleep works fine and wakes back up. If I try to actually but the computer to sleep though, it will sleep, but it won't wake up. I have tried the sudo pmset hibernate 0 trick listed in the dell 6400 tutorial in the genius bar and it did nothing for me. Anyone got any ideas on how to make this baby wake up?
