mamcx Posted October 25, 2008 Share Posted October 25, 2008 I have a Sun Ultra 40 M2 (exact specs at http://www.sun.com/desktop/workstation/ultra40/specs.xml) with 2 AMD Opteron, 8 GB RAM & NVidia Quadro FX 1500. I wish to convert it to Mac Pro-like machine, but wonder which is the best route to it. I already try 3 DVD on another AMD machine and never succes (that its, this is my PC for work, so I try first in another machine, so I don't lost too much time). Currently I try Windows 2008 & XP 64 bits but my experience is sub-par. I wanna dual-boot between Leopard & XP 64. I'm a developer. For all the available options, what do you guys recommend?
