Joseph Moore
Samsung manufactures a line of professional LCD's for digital signage. They have a built-in computer that out of the box runs Windows XP embedded. The published specs: CPU: AMD Athlon64 X2 3400+ (1.8GHz, Dual Core) N/B ATI RS690T S/B ATI SB600 GPU ATI RS690T FDM 4GB Memory DDR2 512MB Ethernet Marvell 88E8055 Gigabit LAN Audio Codec Realtek ALC2622 The motherboard seems to be custom made by Samsung. It's using a Phoenix BIOS, but it seems to be somewhat custom, as well. Should this basic hardware work? - I've tried the current Kalyway DVD, no go. - Downloading iDenab 1.3 to see if it might work.
