Everything works perfectly apart of wifi.The laptop came with unwanted wireless card Intel 4965agn today I was going to buy Dell 1390 and replace the Intel one with it. Unfortunatley it seems that there is a problem with hacking bios. (Phoenix) Is there any way to upgrade wifi card for hp dv2799 without touchig Bios? Deap360 Posted March 7, 2010 Share Posted March 7, 2010 I know this is a rather old post to resurrect but I'm having trouble with a DV2799/DV2750 (same model except ram and CPU size). How did you get the normal LAN working. I can't get the on board device working at all, Any chance we have a working driver for the 4965 Wireless card yet?
