tomchook
Hello, I tried to use Leopard HD install helper v0.3 on my MSI Wind, since I don't have a USB-DVD drive, and this would seem to be the easiest way (creating 2 new partitions, one is OSX (FAT32 primary 40GB) and another which is also FAT32 4GB to mount the installation. I managed to boot, chose my hard drive I want to install OSX into, but during the Installation process (after about 3 minutes) I get this message: Install Failed Mac OS X could not be installed on your computer The installer could not install some files in "/volumes/OSX". Contact the software manufacture for assistance Click Restart to restart your computer and try installing again. the ISO I used is MSIWindosx86.ISO Any ideas what to do next? Thanks edit: OK, i got it sort out now I had to format the drive first as "journaled"
