piperpilot Posted October 23, 2008 Share Posted October 23, 2008 Moin everybody, I managed to get the Jas 10.5.4 server running on an EEE-box (B202). No wireless but a second port added via the original Apple usb-ethernet gadget. First installed the minimum standard system with an internetconnection via the onboard e-port. no added Kernel, ICH chipset drivers, NO IC PIIX but the other two applied, sound should be ALC 888 but not working. smbios 667 actualy the absolute minimum. Then after the setup is completed shut down, put the networkcable in the usb gidzmo and startup. after login you have to activate the USB-ethernet and do network settings (No DHCP by me). et voila on the Imac I can connect and manage via shared screen etc. Hope sombody needs this and i will start exploring the difficult world of servers Piperpilot Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
