Internet too slow w/Rtl8139

hi

i'm having some problems with my network in Leopard,

i've a intel pro 1000 but it's not working. i had to disable it becouse when i try to use that i get a normal boot and i can surf on internet fine, but few minutes before i start using the internet i get a Kernel Panic.

then i disabled it and put a realtek 8139, but then the internet got to slow.

i've already try to change the lan adapter, but the proble continue.

in windows it works normal

i'm using:

Jas OSX86 10.5.4 and Kalyway 10.5.1

is there a solution for that?
