abilerabisi Posted October 22, 2008 Share Posted October 22, 2008 Hi, I have a strange problem with my audio card. I am using a P5KPL-VM motherboard with an ALC662 sound chip. I managed to get it back to working condition after installing the 10.5.5 update and the AzaliaAudio package. I don't mind the fact that the mic does not appear to work. The sound, however, stutters. It is fairly annoying that the first two seconds of each song I play in iTunes sounds like a stutter of sorts. VLC is even worse: Everything stutters from start to finish. My bus speed is fine and I have tried the frequency trick in "Audio MIDI Setup" app. I would be very grateful for any other ideas. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
