Hi

I'm sure this has been answered many times, but how do I update from 10.5.4 to 10.5.5?

I tried the official Apple route, to no avail (started installing... then just paused and didn't continue).

And the topics telling me how to do it are around 90 pages... which is a bit :angel: !

So please tell me how to update my machine!

Here's what I've done so far;

  1. Installed Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.2 (Kalyway) on a HFS+ (Journalled) partition
  2. Installed Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.3 Combo Update (Kalyway)
  3. Installed Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.4 Apple Update (Official one, I think what I did is called 'chameleon')

So, now what? How do I install the 10.5.5 update?

Here are my computer specifications;

Case
: Antec P182

Motherboard
: ASUS P5K-E WiFi

CPU
: Intel Core2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHz

Hard-Drives
: Maxtor SATA 500GB + (Backup) Western Digital IDE 400GB

DVD Drive
: SATA 20x

Monitor
: ASUS VW222U (22'' LCD)

Speakers
: Altec Lansing VS4121

Keyboard
: Microsoft Ergonomic 4000 (wired)

Mouse
: Logitech (wired)

Graphic Card
: GIGABYTE NVidia 8800GTS 512MB

RAM
: Transcend DDR2-800 4GB (2 sticks)

Thanks in advance for telling me how to update this,
