Snaven
Hi! I have been trying to install OS X on my PC for a little while now. I have searched the web, but I haven`t found anything that can help me. I have tried iDeneb v1.3, Kayway and JaS. I just can`t get any of them working. When I tried iDeneb, everything looked fine, but then suddenly this happens: (see attachment) Kayway wouldn`t start and with JaS I just got Error messages all the time. I read something about an nForce Patch for iDeneb. I might think that it could help me, but I don`t understand how it works and how to get it working. My PC Spec: Motherboard: XFX nForce 680i LT BIOS: Phoenix – AwardBIOS v6.00PG CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40Ghz RAM: 4 GB OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit GPU: nVidia GeForce 8800GTS OverClocked Can anyone help me? I really need Mac OS on my PC. Thanks for any help!!! bl33k3r
Hi! there are several threads about installation of osx on a nForce-Board. I recommend you Mysticus' thread for nForce-Mobos. -> http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=87901 You definitely should try Kalyway 10.5.2 with his step by step guide (remember to use "cpu=1" when booting the first time). If Kalyway isn't working, try iAtkosR3. Kalyway 10.5.2 is working fine with my Asus n680i, have it a another try!
