Building a new pc

i'm building a pc it doesn't need to be hackingtosh compatible i'm using it for surfing and watching 1080p movies

i got these specs

 

a motherboard where i can overclock pretty high atleast 100% with the E1200

 

Intel E1200 Cost $35 or E5200 Cost $50 don't know which is the best

And i was thinking of HD4670

 

 

 

 

i already got 250GB Sata2 HDD and 4gb Ram DDR2 800mhz

i got a 480w Power supply
