Single mode with extra commands - how to?

I'm thinking of improving a boot time of my hackintosh.. The one way I know of is to start the system with -s flag (set in com.apple.boot.plist file) and then to logoff after my "mac" has started in to single mode with /sbin/fsck -fy & /sbin/mount -uw / strings. What I'm trying to achieve is to automate this process so that system starts in single mode with /sbin/fsck -fy & /sbin/mount -uw / strings and instantly logs off itself. Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks in advance.
