Your primary partition partiton for OSX86 should be located before the extented with the logical drives.

I've change the partition table like this :

#fdisk -l
Périphérique Amorce Début Fin Blocs Id Système
/dev/sda1 1 243 1951866 1b Hidden W95 FAT32 > recovery part (primary)
/dev/sda2 * 244 3121 23117535 7 HPFS/NTFS > WIn XP PRO System (primary)
/dev/sda3 * 3122 4626 12088912+ af Inconnu > OSX86 (primary)
/dev/sda4 4627 9729 40989847+	f W95 Etendu (LBA) > Extented Part
/dev/sda5 4627 4692 530113+ 82 Linux swap / Solaris >Swap linux
/dev/sda6 * 4693 5941 10032529+ 83 Linux >Ubuntu 5.04
/dev/sda7 5942 9729 30427078+ 7	HPFS/NTFS > Win Data

And no change in the grub boot always this error 13.

I need help please.

I had a simular problem that I didn't figure out and ended deleting the extended partition and creating a new HFS+ partition.

I wonder if Partition Magic or something like that which will move partitions on a disk would do anything? You would need to have free space to move them though, if it would even work.
