yukiko
This is the RDS(Rapid Deploy Setup) way to get it up and running HDD Setup (IMPORTANT) This requires an entire HDD partitions do not work well with NTFS and HFS+ You may have 2 HFS+ hdd to setup back up or create a partition for it. (for time backup) MAC OS EXTENDED (is volume format i used) INSTALLING (Pay close eye on what is selected else you get the chaos freeze on boot) Select Customize before installing 1. languages (not needed unless you really need too) 2. Chipset (Important) >> Old NForce chip set driver (selected) >> VIS SIS Marvell and SB chipset driver (selected >> Unchecked intel-ICHx 3.Audio >> alc850 (selected) 4. Graphic This is dependeding on your gfx card choose wisely 5.Kernels-EFI (ISNT COMPATABLE) 6. NO-EFI REQUIRED >>Do not check off no-efi-bootloader in no efi required packages PS2 FIX required not nessary though (depending what you use) Specs used are as follows amd athlon 4000+ 2.1ghz 3.0 to 16gb of ram 1x 1tb hdd SATA 1x DVD-RW SATA GA-M55SLI-S4 Rev1 there should have everything working and hopefully network card too (known to be a pain in rear on this mobo due to the model used for it) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/130850-how-to-setup-105-leoforallv41/ Share on other sites
