I installed successfully the Leopard 10.5.4 JAS.

When I try to bring up to date, using the Netkas method or the Seamless (http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=107760&hl=seamless) (that I used on 10.4.11 and works fine), the PC boot, but only the mouse cursor appears on a black screen.

Config: Pentium D 945 Intel D945GNTLR | 3GB RAM | NVidia 7600GT (all recognized - sound and network patched works fine).

How can I update to 10.5.5?

tks

I had the same problem. What you need to do is when you see the black screen jsut type your password and hit enter. The OS should be loaded just fine at this point. When you have done this, go and get the newest nvinstaller.pkg (9f23) http://scottdangel.com/blog/?page_id=20 and install it. Then you might need to add an efi string using efi studio. That should solve things for you.

This really works. Only one problem still: Quartz Extreme: Not Supported.

You might need to add an EFI string for your video card. You can do this with EFI-studio. http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?act...st&id=29946
