braso Posted October 11, 2008 Share Posted October 11, 2008 Hi, i'm running OSX10.5.4 JaS i have a Soundmax Sound card with High definition Audio My Vendor ID : 11D4 PCI: 1981 I follow all the instructions on : http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...20&start=20 I added like in the procedure: If Intel based: <string>0x27d88086</string> (High defition Audio for Intel) I also change the line to adjust my parameters 11d4 1981 I also added ADS70 in the section : <string>IOAC97CodecDevice</string> <key>PNPVendorID</key> <string>ADS78 ADS75 ADS74 ADS73 ADS72</string> When i boot, on the grey Screen, i can hear a like a click sound in my speaker, i see in the sound icon of the system preferences : HD audio Output BUT I STILL HAVE NO SOUND.......8-( I'm stuck and i really don't know what to do.. No mic and headphones output though.
