Fuji Thay Posted October 11, 2008 Share Posted October 11, 2008 Hi all, I just installed Leopard via iAtkos v4i and the installation was successful. The booting problem appears after the installation when my laptop restarts. When i remove the dvd from my laptop, it boot to the mac page with both the waiting sign and the no entry sign. I tried to restart a few times and it keep appearing the same problem. To diagnose the problem, i tried booting in verbose mode and saw the "still waiting for root devices" before that there is the com.apple.driver.AppleAHCIPort error and the IOPCCardBridge error. The only time when it can start mac successfully is when i put the dvd inside my laptop and type rd=disk0s3 Can anyone help me out here? Thanks in advance.
