sarwarahsan Posted October 10, 2008 Share Posted October 10, 2008 i am relatively new to installing mac os x on PC. i did 2 successful installs, one on my dv2000 HP laptop, second on a custom made amd athlon pc. on my third build, i cannot install mac os x, everything starts up fine. install goes as usual, but when it starts installing (where it says calculating time) it just hangs after 8 or 9 minutes. and then that beachball appears. nothing happens :S i followed bios settings etc but to no avail. can anyone help????? the system is: intel pentium D 805 @ 2.66 ghz P5ld2-vm rev 1 2 gb ram on board graphics etc plz someone help , it is getting really frustrating :S Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
