After some discussion and thinking (and testing) we thought, that we could use either the VMWare Workstation 6.5 ACE features or Microsoft ximage/imagex. This (unfortunately) does not give you the option to install patches at the setup, but could make installing leopard way easier. If we get it working, I will immedeatly post results here.
