Zach the Lizard Posted October 7, 2008 Share Posted October 7, 2008 My problem is that when I try to install any Mac OSX version, be it kalyway,iDeneb, leo4all, etc. it hangs after the line in the loader that starts with IOAPCI, which is very early in the boot process. I have a Dell Latitude d830. Is there any boot flags I must set? BIOS settings I must change? I have disabled one core and performance options and enabled AHCI mode on my hard drive, but it still hangs at this same spot. I have, on this particular laptop, installed Mac OS X before but broke the install and never tried it again until now. I must be forgetting something.
