Panasa
I have installed Kalyway 10.5.2 on my AMD Athlon 64 x2 3800+, and when it boots I get white text on a black background instead of an apple logo on a gray background with the spinny thing. Has anybody else had this problem? Do I need to do something special with my BIOS? Help. Thanks! ~Panasa Also.. I have posted a video of what it does on YouTube: Here
inarus
That´s because it boots on verbose mode. You have to go to: library/preferences/systemconfiguration/ and edit the com.apple.Boot.plist with the bbedit and in the string where you "-v" leave it empty. sorry my english, hope it helps. Panasa
I understand what you are talking about. (After trial-and-error, & a few re-installs) I am only supposed to remove the '-v', not the whole string of code. Thanks for your help, man!
