1001010
I have Kalyway 10.5.2 installed, and everytime I boot it shows a screen like this one: That's not an exact image, just one I found online. It boots properly, I just find it odd that it does this. Isn't it supposed to show a white screen with the apple logo and a spinning circle? Is there anything I can do to fix this, or just live with it? Thanks in advance.
booger_sniffer5000
Its called verbose mode. You have an AMD processor so the AMD fix that you likely selected forces this boot mode. You can't do anything about it, if you don't boot verbose on an AMD, it doesn't boot.

reeko48
go to your mac hd and go to /library/preferences/systemconfiguration find the file com.apple.boot.plist open it with bbedit and take out the -v and then save and restart and you should have the boot screen
