jtzikas Posted October 4, 2008 Share Posted October 4, 2008 Hi, I tried to install all the available versions of Hackintosh on my new ASUS P5Q most without success. I could install the KALYWAY 10.5.2 and also iDENEB 10.5.5 I tried also the modified BIOS, and of course set the SATA to AHCI. BUT... after installation I can't reboot anymore from the HDD. I see the apple logo without any HDD activity. Any solution? The problem should be the SATA controller I think (Intel P45/ICH10R ). Installlation goes well, but once at rebooting, the apple logo is shown with the spinner spinning forever.
