Asrock 4Core 1333-Glan Help please xD

Hey, heres my situation, i've had osx perfectly running on my Dell 6400, i bought a new desktop, with the following spec, and no matter what i try, i've had no success,

Hardware:

 

processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600

HD:500GB 16MB cache hard drive

RAM: 4GB DDR2 667MHZ PC5300

M/b: ASRock 4Core1333-GLAN

graphics card: nvidia 8500GT 1GB

Everytime i try i get the following error message:
