chinu Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 Hi der, M a newbie around her but have been researchin on how its possible to install MAC OSX on an AMD or INTEL PC. I got d image of Leopard OSX 10.5.1 for AMD. i burned it n read on how to install it. I den Followed d same procedure as mentioned here, but wen the installation starts to copy files after some time it gives an error 'some files could not be copied to ......' to d installation drive. i have two HDD's one SATA n one IDE. i disconnected d SATA one so dat der a re no interruptions while installing Leopard. but i tried d same procedure 3-4 times but d same error persists. please tell me if i need another copy of d OS or i have to manipulate anything. My pc specs are as follows. AMD Athlon X2 3600+ 1.9 GHZ + 1.9 GHz (Dual cores) 1 GB DDR2 667 MHz RAM ASUS M2N8-VMX motherboard 250 GB Western Digital SATA HDD 80 GB IDE HDD ATI RADEON X550 256 MB graphics card.
