vom Posted October 1, 2008 Share Posted October 1, 2008 can anyone help suggest how to get my vaio cr120E laptop to work with mac osx. 1. Driver doesn't work..properly-- GM965 chipset; problem is i can't change the display, otherwise just standard resolution. 2. Wireless card --IntelPro/Set ABGN--- i think---NO GO!! 3. CPU-- utilities-- like the ones sony provides for windows vista?? Are those necessary for mac? to get the display to work on any distribution of os.. i needed to do this: -s mount -uw / cd /System/Library/Extensions rm -rf AppleIntelGMA* rm -rf AppleIntelIN*.kext Outside of this, my graphics are just at default --i guess.
