noudles Posted September 29, 2008 Share Posted September 29, 2008 new member here.. and didnt know where to put this question .. so ill try it here because it seems to fit but.. im about to install mac osx (kalyway) .. and i pretty much have all my questions answered and feel pretty content about installing mac os x on my pc.. but my question is that i have a 500GB external hard drive with files (videos,music, etc.) that i have been using with windows Xp ( os i currently am runnin on this laptop). after installing mac osx.. will i still be able to access my files on the external hd?? will mac osx recognize this drive by just plug n play?
