remotestation Posted September 28, 2008 Share Posted September 28, 2008 Well I was trying to repair my Time Machine problem, follow instructions...should not try this on a HACKINTOSH!!! I did this while in the OSX 10.5.4 # sudo mv /Library/Preferences /Library/Preferences.old # sudo mv /Library/Caches /Library/Caches.old # sudo reboot When I rebooted obviously s**t happened, I need to reboot using DVD, then goto terminal?.... HOW do I get to my OSx86 volume to rename back the folders I messed with??? I'm staring @ -bash-3.2# with my Kalway 10.5.2 DVD install Disc Help greatly appreciated...
