Ho una ATi x1600 71c2... Inoltre ho provato anche a installare il natit.kext ma ottengo una schermata nera... Ho la iDeneb 10.5.5. I have device id 7181..installed as you instruct..got stuck at startup at "ATIinject: Setting ATY,Copyright. Read a little more and edited ATIinject plist with my device id,just to see..got stuck at startup with kernel panic (photo attached)..think more editing is needed.. Can you help? Anyway,tested it and booted but,it's like in my "normal" system..no change. I tried your package after upgrading to 10.5.5 (Mysticus) and although my X1600 looked as if it was recognized, it did not allow me to change resolution. I was stuck at 1024*768 using 10.5.5 I solved it by installing first the MacLovin ATI installer for my 71C2 card (which I knew wasn't working under 10.5.5 but used to work perfectly under 10.5.1) and afterwards installing your "REV1_empty_skull_x16x0 all id 10.5.5.zip" using Kext Helper. It works perfect now with 10.5.5 Thank you soooo much for your work. I hope this tip can help a few others out there.
