bl003r Posted September 25, 2008 Share Posted September 25, 2008 Anyone else have issues restoring ethernet after the 10.5.5 update? If so if you have a solution it would be very much appreciated. Where I'm at with this... Used Mysticus C's great patcher to update from 10.5.2 to 10.5.5 with StageNXU 9.4.0, upon reboot ethernet gone. Have tried restoring IONetworkingFamily.kext from the following.... backups/Kaly 10.5.2 DVD/Kaly 10.5.3 Combo update/an old time machine backup using both osx86tools, kext helper and manually copy/paste.
