realx11 Posted March 22, 2006 Share Posted March 22, 2006 I have a 160 GB SATA HD and I sapareted it into 3 partitions. As 30-40 and 90GB. I want to install OSX86 into the 30 GB one. I have a 10.4.5 X86 Tiger DVD and I start the installation from the DVD but I can only go as far as the installation window, afther that the computer doesn't recognize any partition, and when I open the Disk Utility it doesn't recognize the HD and for this reason I can't formatt the Partition to the HFS and can't download the X86.
