shadowfox121
Hey guys, I am replacing a Logic Board on a Powerbook G4 1.5ghz. I know that it is outdated but my wifes father, whom I am fixing the computer for, insitsts that I fix this one rather than buy a new one, even though I explained to him the costs. So with that out of the way I bought the correct Logic Board off of Ebay for about 300$. Now one thing I am unsure of, because I am used to fixing Pc's (immagine that), is the CPU built into the Logicboard or do I just remove the old one and put in on the new Logicboard? Thanks. adrock42
Try looking at the iFixit web site. They have all the good info for this. Pain in the butt taking those things apart isn't it?
