Belkin Wireless USB Problem

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone knew if and how to remove an ethernet device completely from OSX. I've been using a wireless USB card for my laptop to get online, and every time I plug in the card, it adds ANOTHING ethernet card. It's to the point where there is about 5 or 6 permanent ethernet devices showing up as an option to add to network devices. At this point non of them are working. This was not always the case. Now that there is so many, the system seems like it does not want to add anymore ethernet devices. When I connect the USB dongle, it does no notify me of a new ethernet device or anything.
