bharas Posted September 19, 2008 Share Posted September 19, 2008 hello m running iATKOS mac os x 10.5.2 with fully working all hardware .. except my LAN card tht is Via Rhine III .... first when i installed via rhine extension n rebooted .. it worked flawlessly i even rebooted 6-7 times after dat ... this is the system log of my lan card getting detected ..... net_pinxue_driver_ViaRhine: found Rhine III. Sep 19 11:53:55 localhost kernel[0]: net_pinxue_driver_ViaRhine: PCI_REV 0x86, PHY ID 0x1. Sep 19 11:53:57 localhost kernel[0]: net_pinxue_driver_ViaRhine: Ethernet address 00:15:e9:87:d3:c6 now suddenly the card is not detected properly or rather the extension is not being loaded .... the log says Ethernet address 00:00:00:00:00:00 Sep 19 21:02:39 localhost kernel[0]: Extension "net.pinxue.driver.ViaRhine" has immediate dependencies on both com.apple.kernel and com.apple.kpi components; use only one style. Sep 19 21:02:39 localhost kernel[0]: net_pinxue_driver_ViaRhine: found Rhine III. Sep 19 21:02:39 localhost kernel[0]: net_pinxue_driver_ViaRhine: PCI_REV 0x86, PHY ID 0x1. Sep 19 21:02:43 localhost kernel[0]: net_pinxue_driver_ViaRhine: Ethernet address 00:00:00:00:00:00 wat are these dependencies of components and stuff ? does any1 knw .. need help ... plz or any1 can suggest me to use some diff install disc of mac os x like kalway or something .... please anything wud help ... i trried a lot to get it to work after that system error ! currently i hav iATKOS 10.5.2 Leopard on P5GC-MX/1333 Asus Motherboard .. with all other hardware working.
