I'm windows user, when i complete installed my osx86, the boot take too much time. (I USE Leo4All).

 

The last line of verbose said:

 

Still waiting for root device

 

What must I do? can anyone help me? I wonder to having mac!

 

I also have Kalyway one, but when I tried it, my drives not show at Disk Utitilities, it make the Instalation can continue.

 

My Spec:

 

Intel Core 2 Due E4700

ASUS P5SD2-VM

SATA Seagate 250 GB

2GB of RAM

SSE2/SSE3 Ready

 

So, what happen?

 

My computer also installed XP inside it.

Your MOBO has SIS 672+SIS 968 chipsets.......no solution at present I think......see http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?s=&...st&p=858249

 

I'm getting the same error "Still waiting for root device" on my P4; using JaS.

 

What is your motherboard brand and model number?

i have same prob with installing. "still waiting..."

been looking allday for solutions.

Are all your HDDs SATA drives? You cannot run MOBO software RAID under OS X (see here) See my blog guides....... :P
