Problem updating from Kalyway 10.5.2 to 10.5.5 using ASU and Apple Combo Update

Here's the problem: When I try to update my system with ASU, the programme will download normally, however the status bar won't move an inch. Once the download is completed, nothing happens. The same thing happened when updating iTunes, which made me use the normal Software Update, and with patching later on through Marvin's AMD tool.

 

My questions are: What could be the problem, that makes ASU not really work when downloading the Apple 10.5.5 combo update through it and can this be fixed? If not, is there another convenient way for me to update to 10.5.5 without breaking my system? I'm using Kalyway 10.5.5 with the sleep kernel, and my Hackintosh specs are in my signature.
