Help with HP Media Center m8400f specs included, boot dvd keeps restarting

Hello,

 

I am new to this. I have followed many guides so far and all end up the same way. I tried the Kalyway and leo so far. Everytime it will boot from the cd and then will restart after about 15 sec of trying to boot from the dvd. Any ideas why this is going on?
