Hard Drive's Wont Mount

Ok, so I plugin in a hard drive or a flash drive and it recognizes it, but then it won't mount hte drive.

 

I then load up Kext Helper, reinstall PCGenUtil and it works.

 

I've tried installing PCGEn and restarting with -f .

 

My system is a Dell Dimension E510.

 

Any help would be appreciated,
