jokerplus
Hello everybody, I use a ATI X800Pro AGP video card on my PC AMD 64 2800+. I have got a problem. In default boot (or "-v" option in Darwin) my desktop and windows are very slow. But if I boot in a safe mode ("-x" option in Darwin) my desktop is good, windows animations = ok, 2D effects = fast. What should I modify ? Thanks in advance. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/12599-can-u-help-me-ati-x800pro-agp-slow-interface/ Share on other sites

Andras Kenez
Must disable QuartzExtreme with QuartzDebug (the part of developer tools)Run Run QuartzDebug, disable QuartzExtreme and do not close QuartzDebug, than ForceQuit. It is my opinion this is Nforce+AMD+AGP bug Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/12599-can-u-help-me-ati-x800pro-agp-slow-interface/#findComment-88782 Share on other sites
