thisdavidg Posted September 12, 2008 Share Posted September 12, 2008 I've been trying everything to get my sd dvds to look great. I have a sony fx-1 HDV camera. The videos look great in final cut 6.0.4 and if I make a qt mov. after using compressor or dvdsp to compress, the picture becomes pixelated and comb like. ( maybe interlacing ). I typically use the 90 min best dvd setting in compressor. ( i have messed with different input and output fields with no great success. ) Originally the problem happened on the kalyway 10.5.2 install The problem is still happening on the Jas 10.5.4 install Even after completely reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling fcp, the same exact problem is present. My system is a asus p5w dh deluxe mobo sata hard drives 7300 gt (256 mb) nvidia pny 4 gig 800 mhz ram q6600 2.4 quad core thanks for any help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
