I need a USB sound card, Which one should I get

I have a intel DG965WH mobo with IDT High Definition Audio Codec. Is there any way to get it working on the mac? I have to get a sound card right? If so what is a sound card that would work on Mac kalyway 10.5.2 and up if I decide to update to 10.5.3 etc
