Joeandmat Posted September 10, 2008 Share Posted September 10, 2008 leggendo sul forum (cosa che dovresti fare tu) c'è scritto che per colpa del chipset l'installazione dura un bel pò.. ho trovato questo prò I've tried booting my 780G/Phenom 9550 off an external drive with Zeph's 10.5.2 (9.2 kernel) and it's a NO-GO! Crashes and restarts while it's loading the kernel. When I saw your post I thought I'd give installing 10.5.1z a try. Damned if it didn't work! I have AHCI enabled and it wouldn't boot from the Install DVD until I changed the SATA port for the DVD to "IDE" mode. Then, it booted the DVD, installed 10.5.1, and booted into the OSX Desktop! Install took twice as long (probably the SB700 chipset) - but it worked! Maybe I'll be able to claim "FOUR (4) working Zephyroth installs!" però poi dicono che comunque non è supportato.. prova la zephy 10.5.1 come suggerisce... ciao!! Joeandmat Posted September 10, 2008 Share Posted September 10, 2008 se quelli di default della apple funzionano perfettamente (cosa che dubito perchè mac originale gira su processori e chipset intel, non vedo come possa su un chipset amd --> questo mi fa pensare che i kext della apple non supportano il tuo hw essendo amd), allora basta che installi.. sono già integrati "di serie"..
