Highpoint RocketRaid 2300

I have a non-boot RAID 0 setup of 2x750GB Samsung HD753L SATA drives connected to a PCI-X Highpoint RocketRaid 2300. I cannot create partition, repair disk, etc in Disk Utility. As you can see in the following disk info, it cannot be written to and is locked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
