Pandion
What worked for me was going into my BIOS and disabling the APCI, it was either that one or the APIC, one of those has an option to DISABLE, then i tried again and presto! worked like a charm, now everytine i go back to Vista, i reboot then hit Delete to go into BIOS and turn it back on, then i select my OS. Works everytime. Good luck!
