Problem with Kernel Panics

So I built my computer with the Intel board DG35EC with a Core 2 Quad Q9450, 2 Dual Channel DDR2 800 2gig Sticks. Using an ATI Radeon 3870 PCI Express card, onboard SATA, and Belkin USB adapter(uses Ralink drivers). I was getting kernel panics, and at first, I narrowed it down to being a board with JMicronATA after using "debug=0x100" at startup. Removed the extension. Still getting panics. For reference I'm usually, but not always running Transmission. However this has happened when just surfing some websites, or even if the computer is idle doing nothing. Any more info that is needed to help with this, please let me know and I will post what I can. Here is the full text of the last panic:
