keithpk Posted March 19, 2006 Share Posted March 19, 2006 Ok, so I have been having some problems with a 10.4.4/5 install off the myzar DVD. Everything works fine instalation-wise. The OS even boots and is completely usable after the install completes. However, if I remove the original install DVD and try rebooting, I get an error message: "Error Loading Operating System". If I pop the DVD back in, it boots just fine, again. My system is a SSE2, 1.6ghz Pentium M (Centrino Laptop), 1gb RAM, ATI Mobility 9000. OS X is installed on a second partition with Windows XP dual boot on the first partition. I'm guessing its a problem with the bootloader, but I'm not an expert....so any ideas? Edit: Never mind.
