HFS+ Error, Single Boot OSX, 10.5.2 Kalyway

Hi, I've just done a fresh install of OSX using Kalyway's 10.5.2 disc on a brand new hard drive with the Mac Extended (Journaled Option). The install went smoothly with no errors but after rebooting I'm ending up with the HFS+ error.

 

I've searched all over but all the solutions are for a dual-boot setup only, nothing for a single OS on the hard drive. Here's my hardware config:

 

E6600, ASUS P5B Deluxe Wifi, 2GB DDR2-800, Seagate 250GB 7200.11, nVidia 7800GT 256MB, Samsung S-ATA DVD-RW.
