Demonik Posted September 7, 2008 Share Posted September 7, 2008 How do i get my firewire to work?? this is the info on my firewire card 02:02.0 FireWire (IEEE 1394) [0c00]: Texas Instruments TSB12LV23 IEEE-1394 Controller [104c:8019] I have a ga-8i915P duo A mobo. System Profiler recognizes card and says speed up to 400 mb /s but iMovie doesnt recognize when i have my camera connected... is their a special cable you need for mac?? the fw cable i have works with my other computer running linux... Anyone have any suggestions to what i could do? Maybe i need different kexts... I'm not sure what to do but i really need it to work.. im running iaktos v1.0 at the moment, it doesnt work on Jas 10.5.4 either..
