thespottedelf Posted September 7, 2008 Share Posted September 7, 2008 Would anyone here know anything about wiring a LCD panel (out of an 06 intel imac) to a dvi cable to connect to my hacky... the 06 imac was hit by lightning, but i'm 95% sure the lcd is good. FrankOS_Scripting Posted September 7, 2008 Share Posted September 7, 2008 The lcd pannel is generaly connected with a 6-pins connector (if my memory is good) to your graphic card. All connections here are internal so I don't think there's a way out to go straight on an external display except using the VGA or DVI connector but it's toast...
